The purpose of these Parking Regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Parking Regulations") is to outline the rules for parking and other services provided by Katalin Pethő Kiss, sole proprietor, as the service provider (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"), particularly in connection with tickets purchased through the website operated by the Service Provider (www.parkolomester.hu, hereinafter referred to as "Website") and the services available at its facilities. 1. General Provisions
1.1. These Parking Regulations apply to the Parkolomester parking area (2220 Vecsés, Külterület Hrsz: 148/46). These rules are binding for all entrants, including passengers and other visitors.
1.2. The terms of parking use are defined by these Regulations and the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), applicable upon entering the parking area operated by Katalin Pethő Kiss, sole proprietor (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider/Operator") or upon booking online.
1.3. A parking agreement is established under the following conditions:
• For online bookings: At the moment of booking confirmation.
• For on-site entry: Upon passing through the barrier or gate, or at the moment of receiving a parking card.
1.4. A detailed description of parking services and the outdoor parking area is available at www.parkolomester.hu.
1.5. Acceptance of these Regulations is a prerequisite for booking a parking space. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the Regulations at any time.
1.6. The parking area operated by the Service Provider is not considered an official parking facility designated by the municipality. Therefore, municipal rules and related tariffs do not apply. The exclusive right to determine and modify parking fees rests with Katalin Pethő Kiss, sole proprietor
2. Parking Space Reservations
2.1. Parking spaces can be booked online at www.parkolomester.huor its subpages.
2.2. Multiple parking spaces can be reserved under one registered account, subject to availability. In addition to reservations, pre-purchased parking tickets, car wash tickets, or transfer tickets can also be obtained, which are valid exclusively within the parking area and for services provided by the Service Provider.
2.3. Pre-purchased tickets:
• Are non-transferable.
• Can only be used by the original purchaser or a verified user.
• Require identification upon use. In the absence of valid identification, ticket validity may be temporarily suspended, and usage denied.
2.4. Invalidly obtained or unlawfully transferred tickets:
• May be canceled and revoked by the Service Provider.
• The affected ticket holders will be notified via email.
• The Service Provider is not obligated to compensate or refund invalidated tickets.
2.5. The following information must be provided during booking:
• Planned entry and exit times.
• Vehicle license plate number.
2.6. In cases of extension, delay, or flight cancellation, customers must notify the Service Provider via email at info@parkolomester.hu. Phone notifications are not accepted.
2.7. Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 12 hours before the start of parking.
2.8. Minimum booking duration is 1 day (24 hours), and the maximum is 365 days.
2.9. Upon confirmation of the reservation, the Service Provider sends an automatic confirmation email to the registered email address:
• This confirmation is binding and establishes a contract between the parties.
• Customers are advised to print the email and present it to the operator’s staff during parking. Without this, parking cannot be guaranteed.
3. Terms of Parking Use
3.1. The parking facility operates 24/7 year-round, but operational hours may change due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, illness).
3.2. Advance registration is required to use the parking facility, which can be done online or via phone. Parking may also be utilized without prior booking, subject to availability, though reservations in such cases are not guaranteed.
3.3. Upon arrival, customers must:
• Stop in front of the parking office, turn off their vehicle, and request a parking card from the office.
• The parking staff will park the vehicle in the designated space after issuing the card.
3.4. Customers must hand over their car keys to the parking staff unless they explicitly refuse.
• In case of refusal, the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the vehicle during the parking period.
• The customer remains obligated to pay the full parking fee.
3.5. Customers must retain the parking card until the end of the parking period, as it is required to:
• Retrieve the vehicle.
• Use the transfer service.
3.6. Lost parking cards require proof of ownership and identification to retrieve the vehicle. Official documents must be presented in such cases.
4. Airport Transfer Procedure
4.1. The Operator provides round-trip transfers between the parking area and the Liszt Ferenc Airport Terminals 1, 2A, and 2B using its own minibuses or passenger vehicles.
4.2. The transfer fee is included in the parking fee.
4.3. To use the transfer service, customers must collect a parking card:
• Departure: Present the card to access the transfer to the selected terminal.
• Return: Call the number listed on the parking card after landing and collecting luggage to request the transfer.
4.4. Transfers are available 24/7 but are not scheduled. The Operator ensures transfer availability:
• Within 0–15 minutes for departure requests.
• Within 10–20 minutes for return requests.
Transfer time between the parking area and terminals typically takes 5–10 minutes, depending on traffic.
4.5. The Operator endeavors to provide timely transfers but is not liable for delays caused by:
• Technical issues.
• Traffic or legal restrictions.
• Weather conditions.
4.6. Customers are responsible for arriving at the parking area in time, considering administrative and transfer requirements, to ensure timely airport arrival.
5. Traffic Regulations
5.1. The Highway Code applies within the parking area.
• Maximum speed limit: 5 km/h.
• The Parking Rules and the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) come into effect when entering the parking area by crossing the barrier line.
5.2. Upon entry, drivers must stop at the parking office and wait for staff instructions.
• Parking is carried out or directed by the staff if the customer refuses to hand over the keys.
• In case of parking without handing over the keys, the driver is responsible for any damage caused to other vehicles.
• Any damages are documented in a report, and the relevant authorities are notified.
5.3. License plates and vehicles are recorded by security cameras upon entry and exit.
• Vehicles must be parked in a locked and properly secured condition.
• The Service Provider is not liable for valuables left in vehicles.
5.4. Fire lanes and access roads must remain clear.
• The operator reserves the right to move or tow vehicles violating this rule.
• Customers are fully responsible for any damages incurred from such actions.
5.5. The Service Provider is not liable for damages caused by other customers.
• Such cases fall exclusively under the liability of the offender.
5.6. In cases of force majeure, the Service Provider reserves the right to relocate or tow vehicles.
• Force majeure events include: fires, natural disasters, official measures, acts of terrorism, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.7. The customer is responsible for keeping the parking card until the end of the parking period.
• Upon departure, staff will verify eligibility based on the card..
Prohibited in the Parking Area:
• Violation of traffic regulations (KRESZ) and workplace safety rules.
• Intentional damage to the parking lot or transfer buses.
• Smoking in non-designated areas.
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages.
• Consumption of intoxicating substances or entering the parking area under the influence of such substances is strictly prohibited!
• Storage of explosive or flammable materials.
• Prolonged idling of vehicle engines.
• Leaving children or pets unattended.
• Improper use of designated parking spaces.
• Misuse of transfer buses.
• Littering or polluting the parking area.
6. Safety Measures
6.1. Upon entry and at the start of parking, the Service Provider records data in compliance with data protection laws for verification, evidence, and security purposes.
6.2. Footage of vehicles and customers recorded by the camera system is used exclusively for parking operation purposes. Footage containing individuals is stored for a maximum of 72 hours before automatic deletion. Vehicle footage is retained for up to 30 days from the termination of the service relationship.
6.3. Customers receive a parking card at the start of the parking session, which includes vehicle details and relevant information. Customers must keep the card until the end of the parking period. Replacement costs for lost cards are HUF 3,000 per card, covering administrative expenses.
6.4. The operator is not responsible for dirt or natural damages occurring during outdoor storage. The operator is also not liable for valuables left in the passenger or luggage compartments of vehicles.
6.5. Customers must prove that damages to vehicles occurred within the parking area. The Service Provider is not liable for pre-existing damages.
6.6. In case of disputes regarding vehicle condition, the customer must prove discrepancies against the Service Provider's recorded state. All proof-related costs are borne by the customer, even in case of successful claims.
6.7. Customers are advised to take photos of their vehicle before parking. Failure to do so or lack of evidence exempts the Service Provider from liability for disputed damages.
6.8. The Service Provider may take photographs or video recordings of vehicles during parking for evidentiary purposes only. By using the service, the customer consents to the creation and use of such records.
6.9. For marketing purposes, license plates and other identifiers are obscured. Customers may request exclusion of their vehicle from marketing materials by contacting the Service Provider's customer service.
7. Liability
7.1. The Operator is not liable for dirt, natural damages, or third-party damages occurring during outdoor storage.
7.2. The parking area must only be used for its intended purpose. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are locked and that no valuables are left in plain sight.
7.3. Non-operational vehicles or trucks with cargo are not permitted in the parking area.
7.4. Use of the parking area is at the customer's own risk.
7.5. The parking lot shall not be liable for damages caused by unsupervised and freely roaming animals or wildlife damage.
7.6. The parking lot and its operator shall not be liable for personal injuries occurring within the parking lot.
7.7. The parking lot shall not be liable for direct or indirect injuries to children left unsupervised in the parking lot.
7.8. The parking service provider shall not be held liable for any damages occurring within the parking area, including those arising from fire, explosion, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, acts of war, or other unavoidable events, whether such damages are direct or indirect.
7.9. The Service Provider excludes any liability for damages arising from delays during the transfer service (e.g., missing a flight), as well as for personal injuries, direct or indirect damages, and disability, impairment, or death resulting from accidents. The use of the transfer buses is at the passenger's own risk. As the transfer service is free of charge, the Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from accidents and cannot be expected to bear such responsibility. The driver of the transfer bus is responsible for any damages arising from accidents. Damages or fines resulting from passengers failing to use seat belts are the responsibility of the passengers.
8. Pricing and Payment
8.1. The current price list is available on the Service Provider's website and at the parking office.
8.2. Parking fees are paid upon arrival in cash or via bank transfer for online pre-booking.
8.3. Pre-purchased tickets can be refunded within their validity period, up to 14 days.
8.4. If the customer exceeds the reserved time, the additional cost must be paid at the current rate.
8.5. In case of non-payment, the Service Provider reserves the right to retain the vehicle and exercise a lien until the debt is settled.
11. Complaint Handling
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@parkolomester.huor in person at Customer Service. Complaints are typically addressed within 15 business days.
The activities of the Service Provider are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and other relevant legislation. In case of disputes, both the Service Provider and the Service User agree to accept the exclusive applicability of Hungarian laws and court decisions.
12. Other Provisions
12.1. The legal relationship between the Service Provider and the User is governed by Hungarian law.
12.2. Legal Interpretation: The interpretation of these rules must be based on the original Hungarian text in all cases and applied in accordance with Hungarian customary law, even if the rules have been translated into another language.
12.3. The Service Provider and the Translator disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from linguistic translations or inaccuracies arising from the misinterpretation of certain parts of the regulations or website. The rules must always be interpreted and followed based on the original Hungarian text.
